Shipping policy

All orders are packed and shipped from Bradbury, New South Wales, Australia, in insulated cold-chain packaging with gel packs so your seafood arrives frozen and in peak condition.

Order processing

Orders placed before 12:00 pm AEST on a business day are packed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on public holidays are packed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link when it leaves our facility.

Delivery times

Standard delivery within Australia is usually 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Remote and regional areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the weight of your order. The exact amount is shown before you pay; there are no hidden charges added afterwards.

Cold chain

Please move your order into a freezer as soon as it arrives. If the outer packaging is damaged or the contents have thawed on arrival, photograph the parcel and contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve it.

Address and re-delivery

Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or because nobody was available to receive it, a re-delivery fee may apply.
